What to expect

A few things people usually want to know before sending an enquiry.

What happens after I send this?

A person reads it — usually within a few hours, always within one working day. If it looks like a fit we will propose a 30-minute call with the engineer most relevant to your problem. If it is not a fit, we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere more suitable.

Do I need to have it all worked out first?

No. Most useful conversations start with a problem rather than a specification. "Our month-end takes a week and I do not know why" is a perfectly good opening.

Will I be put onto a mailing list?

No. We do not run marketing automation, and your details are used to answer your enquiry only. See our privacy policy for the detail.

Can we sign an NDA before discussing specifics?

Yes, and we would expect to for anything commercially sensitive. Send us yours or ask for our mutual NDA — we can usually turn it around the same day.
